All orders will be sent out as quickly as possible and in most cases will be sent out the day following your order acceptance (Monday to Thursday), to street addresses only within Australia (excluding Northern Territory, Darwin and Alice Springs) using an overnight express courier or Australia Post.

We strongly recommend customers nominate a business address for delivery

No deliveries are shipped on Public Holidays or weekends to ensure chocolates are not stored in hot warehouses or depots over weekend days.

Any orders received after 12pm on a Thursday will be shipped the following Monday.

Where possible, we now offer you a choice of Express Post using Australia Post or Courier service as we understand that not everyone can be home to accept a courier delivery. This only applies to items under 3kg as it is more cost effective when over this weight to send via Courier.

Orders with a delivery address to a capital city will usually be delivered within 1 – 5 business days

If you live in regional or outlying areas, your order may take longer to be delivered.

For customers located in Western Australia and the Northern Territory please contact us via the enquiry page for a shipping quote prior to ordering as the courier charges can increase the price considerably. This may be a factor in your ordering from us.

Distance also means delivery could take up to 7 days and could compromise the quality of our product.

Please note: while we discourage our delivery suppliers leaving Salsa Chocolatea parcels at your delivery address when no one is there, it is up to the discretion of Australia Post or the relevant courier company. This is unfortunately out of our control.

During peak periods such as Christmas and Easter, shipping times may vary.

Parcels will not be shipped if the temperature is above 28 degrees C in Melbourne.

Please provide us with any special instructions for delivery that may make it easier for our delivery staff to find you. Please include your name and order number in all email correspondence to us

Shipping costs:

• Shipping to addresses as described above will incur a flat fee of $15
• For custom orders Salsa Chocolates reserves the right to increase the cost of the shipment. This will be communicated to the customer before such a shipment takes place.
