Front of House Supervisor

We are searching for an experienced, personable and passionate food and beverage professional to work with the Cafe Manager to lead the day to day operations of a busy and fast paced establishment.

This role will involve working flexible hours, working directly with higher management,  servicing dine in and takeaway orders from customers, serving drinks, making coffees, checking stock, leading more junior staff,  dealing with a wide range of clientele whilst providing impeccable customer service.

Duties and responsibilities include:
- General FOH operations and management
- Opening and closing
- Customer service 
- Problem solving
- Staff training
- Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed
- Assisting in the development of new policies and procedures

All serious applicants must have experience in a supervisory position and provide past employment references. Ideally you are already in a similar role.
